The oil gas separation filter element is a key component that determines the quality of compressed air discharged from oil injected screw compressors and oil immersed sliding vane compressors. Under correct installation, use, and good maintenance, not only can the high-quality compressed air be ensured, but also a considerable service life can be guaranteed. The compressed air coming out of the air compressor carries oil droplets of all sizes. Large oil droplets are easy to separate through the oil gas separator, while small oil droplets [suspended oil particles] must pass through the micron sized glass fiber filter layer of the oil gas separation filter element. When the correct selection of glass fiber diameter and thickness filter material is used to intercept, diffuse, and aggregate oil and gas in the gas, the best effect can be achieved. Small oil droplets can quickly form large oil droplets, which accumulate at the bottom of the filter element through the filter layer under the action of aerodynamics and gravity. These oils continuously return to the lubrication system through the return pipe inlet at the bottom recess of the filter element, allowing the compressor to discharge purer air and high-quality oil-free compressed air.
The oil and gas separation filter element is designed and manufactured using high-quality imported filter paper, and its various technical indicators have been tested to reach the advanced level abroad. It is suitable for Fusheng, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas, Sullair, Compair and other screw compressor series, including conventional and efficient folded models, both for vertical and horizontal installation.
